It's "Faith Hill'!

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill held a benefit concert in New Orleans in July 2006 called, "Soul2Soul II", to benefit Gulf Coast hurricane relief efforts.

Like the Fleur de Lis Tee campaign, 100% of the net proceeds from the concert were contributed to Katrina relief efforts in Louisiana and Mississippi.
